VDF Cloud — End‑User Guide

Welcome to VDF Cloud. This guide helps you get up and running quickly, without technical jargon. For more about the product, visit VDF Cloud.

Who this is for

  • Teams and individuals who want practical help planning work, drafting stories, analyzing docs, and getting insights from connected tools.
  • You don’t need any technical setup knowledge to use this guide.

Quick start

  1. Create an account and choose a plan (Free, Professional, or Enterprise).
  2. Complete onboarding: basic company info → connect Jira (optional) → connect docs (optional) → launch.
  3. Open the Agile Team Agent and start in Agent mode, or pick a specific tool from the Tools menu.
  4. Connect integrations later from Integrations if you skipped them during onboarding.

Core areas

What you can do (at a glance)

  • Ask VDF AI for help in natural language (Agent mode) or choose a focused tool (Manual mode)
  • Generate user stories and send to Jira when connected
  • Analyze documents and produce summaries, checklists, or briefs
  • Get productivity insights (velocity, cycle time, flow efficiency) when Jira is connected
  • Chat from Slack using /vdf and app mentions, and use the VDF app inside Zoom with typed prompts
