Zoom

Connect Zoom so VDF AI can help with meeting context, notes, summaries, and post-meeting follow-up workflows.

What Zoom unlocks

A Zoom connection helps bring meeting context into VDF AI so your team can work from conversations instead of rebuilding notes manually.

Use it for:

  • post-meeting summaries
  • follow-up drafts
  • action-item extraction
  • connecting meeting context with your other workspace material

How to connect Zoom

  1. Open Integrations in VDF AI.
  2. Choose Zoom.
  3. Sign in with the Zoom account you use for work.
  4. Approve the requested access and return to VDF AI.

Typical tasks after connecting

  • “Summarize yesterday’s meeting and list the decisions.”
  • “Turn the meeting notes into next steps with owners.”
  • “Draft a follow-up message based on the meeting summary.”

Access you may approve

Zoom access usually covers the meeting context and account permissions needed for the summary or follow-up workflows your workspace enables.

Reconnect or disconnect

Reconnect if the authorization expires or the wrong Zoom account was used.

Disconnect if you no longer want meeting context available in VDF AI.

Troubleshooting

I cannot find the meeting I expected

Make sure the connected Zoom account is the one that hosted or has access to the meeting.

Zoom-based summaries are missing

Reconnect Zoom and confirm the meeting workflow you expect is enabled in your workspace.
