What is the VAR Commercial Track?
The Value Added Reseller track is for partners whose core business is software resale and customer acquisition. You sell VDF AI licenses to enterprises, own the commercial relationship, and can add local implementation and support services on top.
Do I have to deliver implementation and support?
No. Under the VAR track, professional services, implementation, and front-line support are optional — you can deliver them locally to grow services revenue, or keep your focus on resale. VDF AI always provides product engineering and Level-3 escalation.
How much investment does the VAR track require?
The VAR track is a moderate-investment model designed to get you selling quickly, backed by sales and technical enablement, playbooks, demo environments, and co-selling support.
Can I move into other tracks later?
Yes. Approved partners can add other Commercial Tracks — such as MASP for managed services — as their capabilities grow, all within the same Global Partner Program.
