Frequently asked questions

Do I need any technical knowledge for this path?

No. Every lesson works in the browser, in Chat and the Library. The only thing to prepare is a document you are allowed to upload, such as a policy or a procedure, for the second lesson.

Which path should I take after this one?

Build Enterprise AI Agents, if the same kind of request keeps coming back and deserves its own agent. Private RAG Engineering, if your team keeps asking questions of the same set of documents.

Why do the lessons show answers that went wrong?

Because checking answers is the skill. We report what our runs returned, including a follow-up that lost its document and links that did not open, so you know what to look for in your own.
